Every pair of Boléro glasses is covered by our Lifetime Warranty — for as long as you own them.
What's covered
Lost it, had it stolen, or it's just plain broken — any reason, any time. We'll send you a new pair. No questions asked. You only cover shipping and handling.
How it works
- One replacement per pair. Every pair you buy comes with one replacement — use it whenever you need it, however long from now.
- One pair per claim. Claiming for more than one pair? Send a separate claim for each, and the shipping and handling fee applies to each replacement.
- We'll need your order number (or the email you ordered with) so we can find the pair you're claiming.
- If your exact style or colour is sold out, we'll send the closest match we have.
Shipping and handling
Replacements ship for a flat $16.99. That's the only cost to you — the glasses themselves are free.
