Sun readers guide
How to choose your sun readers
Start with the strength you already wear. If your reading glasses are +2.00, choose +2.00 sun readers. Most styles here come in +1.50, +2.00 and +2.50, and the full range runs from +1.00 up to +3.50. New to readers? Pick the lowest strength that lets you read comfortably, and check with your eye doctor if you are not sure.
Bifocal or full lens. Bifocal sun readers have no magnification in the top of the lens and a small reading segment at the bottom, so you can look around, walk and read your phone without taking them off. Full-lens sun readers magnify the whole lens. They are made for sitting and reading on the dock, the patio or the beach. Distance looks soft through them, so take them off before you walk around or drive.
Find your fit. Most of the collection is cut for a women's fit: cat-eye, oversized, butterfly and oval frames. For a men's fit, look at the Brennor and Luke square frames, the Rip navigator and the Calder sport wrap bifocal. Rennic, Brunel and Corven are unisex.
